Day 1: Los Angeles
Welcome to Los Angeles, capital of the film and
television industry; a booming cultural mecca!
Day 2: Los Angeles - Las Vegas
(270m/435km) Travel through the desert and into
Las Vegas. Enjoy this boomtown resort, featuring
non-stop casinos, fabulous entertainment, great
restaurants and attractions.
Day 3: Las Vegas
Visit some of the spectacular hotels, take one of the
many optional excursions offered, or simply relax by
the pool. Las Vegas has something for everyone and
you have the whole day to explore this famous city.
Day 4: Las Vegas - Yosemite
(414m/665km) Journey via the Mojave Desert and
through the dusty, picturesque town of Bakersfield.
A scenic ride follows through the San Joaquin
Valley’s traditional towns like Fresno, Merced and
the Yosemite gateway town of Mariposa before
your arrival at Yosemite National Park, the most
popular natural tourist destination for California.
Day 5:Yosemite
Enjoy the highlights of the park including Yosemite
Valley,Wawona's history center and historic hotel;
ancient giant sequoias; and weather permitting,
Glacier Point, a spectacular view of Yosemite Valley
and the high country;Tuolumne Meadows, a large
sub alpine meadow surrounded by mountain peaks;
and Hetch Hetchy, a reservoir in a valley.
Day 6:Yosemite - San Francisco
(281m/450km) As you depart, enjoy the beautiful
scenery of Yosemite Valley with its majestic rock
formations and breathtaking waterfalls. In the late
afternoon, travel through the fertile San Joaquin Valley
to arrive in ‘The City by the Bay’ with its famous
cable cars, parks and the Golden Gate Bridge.
Day 7: San Francisco
Morning sightseeing of one of the most beautiful
cities in America: Union Square, Chinatown, Golden
Gate Park and Fisherman’s Wharf with a view of
Alcatraz Island across the bay. Afternoon at leisure.
Day 8: San Francisco - Monterey / Carmel
- Santa Maria
(292m/467km) Leave San Francisco and travel to
Monterey, California’s first capital. After a stop in this
beautiful seaside town travel along stunning 17-Mile
Drive known for its exclusive golf courses, beautiful
views and distinctive fauna.Then visit the quaint and
charming village of Carmel. Continue southward to
Santa Maria in the heart of California.
Day 9: Santa Maria - Los Angeles
(169m/270km) En route to Los Angeles you will
have a chance to explore Santa Barbara, often
referred to as the pearl of the ‘American Riviera’.
The city is known for its Spanish Colonial style
architecture, lush vegetation and laid back
lifestyle.We return to Los Angeles in the afternoon.
Day 10: Los Angeles
The conclusion of an unforgettable tour.

The price of fuel in the United States has increased almost 45% since the time we contracted the bus companies for the 2008 Escorted Tours season. Throughout 2008, as a result of the escalating fuel prices AlliedTPro has been hit with fuel surcharges several times. Therefore after much debate we have had no choice but to pass part of the fuel increase to our clients at the following rate of £18 per person for all bookings made after 01st July 2008.
